4. Orders

When you place an order through the Ollie Moto online store, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

After you place an order, I will send an acknowledgement confirming that I have received your order. This acknowledgement does not mean that your order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted when I send you an order confirmation confirming that the products have been accepted for purchase.

I may decline or cancel an order in reasonable circumstances, including where:

• a product is unavailable;

• there is an obvious error in the product description or price;

• I reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or

• I am unable to fulfil the order.

If I cancel an order after payment has been taken, I will refund the amount paid.

5. Prices and payment

All prices displayed on the website are in GBP (£), unless stated otherwise.

The price payable for a product is the price displayed at the time you place your order, except where there is an obvious pricing error.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

I accept the payment methods made available through the checkout. Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

6. Delivery

I ship Ollie Moto orders from the United Kingdom.

I aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days, Monday to Friday, of receiving your order. Orders are not normally processed or dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where tracking is available.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside my reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing or other unforeseen events.

International customers are responsible for any import VAT, customs duties, customs clearance fees or other destination charges that may be applied by the destination country or its authorities, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

I remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to another person you have nominated to receive them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms of Service.

My Returns & Refund Policy explains my voluntary 30-day returns policy and the process for requesting a return.
