Welcome to Ollie Moto.

This website and online store are operated by Neece Services Ltd T/A Ollie Moto ("Ollie Moto", "I", "me" and "my").

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ollie Moto website and online store, including the purchase of products from the store.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your order is not accepted until I confirm that it has been accepted. I may decline or cancel an order in reasonable circumstances, including where:

The price payable for a product is the price displayed at the time you place your order, except where there is an obvious pricing error.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

I accept payment methods made available through the checkout. Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

6. Delivery

I will provide an estimated delivery timeframe at checkout or in your order confirmation where appropriate.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside my reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, customs delays or other events beyond my control.

I remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to another person you have nominated to receive them.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.

My Returns & Refund Policy explains my 30-day returns policy and the process for requesting a return.

Where you have a statutory right to cancel or return an order, that right takes precedence over any additional conditions in my voluntary returns policy.

All content on the Ollie Moto website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, illustrations, video, audio, product designs and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Ollie Moto or Neece Services Ltd unless otherwise stated.

The Ollie Moto name, logos, designs, slogans and other brand elements may not be used without my prior written permission.
