Shipping Policy

I ship Ollie Moto orders from the United Kingdom.

UK delivery

I aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days of receiving your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where tracking is available.

Standard UK delivery is charged at £4.49 per order.

Estimated delivery time for standard UK delivery is:

Royal Mail Tracked 48: approximately 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside my reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, customs delays or other unforeseen events.

These delivery estimates do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

International delivery

I can arrange international delivery to selected countries.

If you are outside the UK and would like to purchase Ollie Moto products, please contact me at ollie@olliemoto.co.uk before placing your order. I will confirm whether delivery is available to your country and provide the applicable shipping costs and delivery information.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Any estimated delivery time provided to you is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may be applied by the destination country, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

I have no control over customs processing times or charges imposed by the destination country.

Tracking

Where a tracked delivery service is used, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Delivery problems

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact me at ollie@olliemoto.co.uk and provide your order number.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and, where appropriate, provide photographs of the packaging and the damaged item.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, I may not be able to recover or resend the order at my expense.

I remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to another person you have nominated to receive them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact me at ollie@olliemoto.co.uk as soon as possible. I will do my best to correct the address before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, I may be unable to change the delivery address.
