Refund policy

Returns & Refund Policy

I want you to be happy with your Ollie Moto purchase. If you change your mind, I offer a 30-day return period for eligible items.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return under my 30-day returns policy, items should be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused, with original tags attached where applicable and with their original packaging where reasonably possible.

To request a return, please contact me at ollie@olliemoto.co.uk with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Once I have approved your return, I will provide instructions for returning the item. Returns may be provided through an InPost return service or another method specified by me.

Please do not send items back without first requesting a return.

Do not send returned goods to my registered office address. The registered office of Neece Services Ltd is not a customer returns or collection address. Returns must only be sent using the return instructions provided by Ollie Moto following approval of your return request.

Once a return has been approved, you must return the item in accordance with the return instructions provided by me and without undue delay. Items returned outside the applicable return period may be refused, except where different rights apply under applicable consumer law.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact me as soon as reasonably possible if an item is damaged, defective or you have received the wrong item.

Please contact me at ollie@olliemoto.co.uk, including your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue.

I will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Nothing in this Returns & Refund Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Non-returnable items

Sale and discounted items have the same statutory consumer rights as full-price items.

Certain items may not be eligible for return where an applicable legal exception applies. If any such exception applies to a product, this will be clearly stated before you purchase it.

Exchanges

I do not currently offer direct exchanges for unwanted items.

If you would like a different size, colour or product, the quickest option is to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not conform to the contract. Where appropriate, I may offer a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Your statutory cancellation rights

If you are a consumer purchasing goods online in the UK, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

This statutory right is separate from my 30-day returns policy.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising your statutory cancellation right, unless the item is faulty or I have agreed otherwise.

You may handle the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. If the goods have been handled beyond what would reasonably be allowed in a shop, I may be entitled to deduct an amount reflecting any resulting loss in value.

Where you exercise your statutory cancellation right, I will refund the payments I have received from you, including the cost of my least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional cost resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery option will not be refunded.

I will issue the refund within the legally required timeframe.

European Union — 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing from within the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

Where this right applies, you must notify me of your decision to withdraw within the applicable 14-day period and return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days of notifying me.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless I have agreed to bear that cost or applicable law requires otherwise.

You may handle the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. If the goods have been handled beyond what would reasonably be allowed in a shop, I may be entitled to deduct an amount reflecting any resulting loss in value.

Where you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, I will refund the payments I have received from you, including the cost of my least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional cost resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery option will not be refunded.

I will process the refund within the applicable legal timeframe.

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your return, I will confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

For returns made under my 30-day returns policy, I will process the refund as soon as reasonably possible after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

For statutory cancellations or withdrawals, I will issue refunds within the applicable legal timeframe.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund and return the funds to your account.

If you have any questions about a return or refund, please contact me at ollie@olliemoto.co.uk.
